It has been a while since I wrote of bad C&W performance, but today (March 7) is not one of C&W better days. My throughput is currently running between 0 and 20 Kbps.

Restaurante Rico Mar Revisited
I had a meeting close to the Restaurante Rico Mar around noon. After the meeting, I decided to try out the new restaurant. I ordered a pepper steak.
