Cable Onda – Are You Listening?

Remember the Cable Onda special I told you about?
I was considering going down and getting the service, but a neighbor beat me to it. He says the signal is very poor and there is no sign of ABC or CBS. I don’t know if there are other items, listed on the brochure I posted, that are in error.
The people installing it told him that the signal was bad from the corner on the main road down to here - but no explanation as to why that should be!
The next question will be if the Internet service is bad in this area as well. I guess my changing providers is on hold. I will update you if they correct my neighbor’s problem.
UPDATE: I received an update from my neighbor.
Cableonda came and changed my box. It has improved somewhat but they also promised to get the engineers to come check out the cabling in the street. We now have ABC and CBS.
