What’s Shaken?

Last night at about 9:30 PM, as I was lying in bed watching TV, there was a pretty good tremor that provided me with a much needed bed message. The shaking lasted several seconds.
I see that the Instituto de Geociences listed it as being near Puerto Armuelles, Chiriquí.

I felt it in Boquete. Less than 10 seconds where I was at.
