Apartment Will Be Available March 1

I have been made aware that one of the apartments in my building will be available the beginning of next month. It has been renting for $325. This is a good area of town and within walking distance to Plaza El Terronal. It will need some normal maintenance prior to any new renter moving in, such as painting.
These apartments don’t seem to be available very long, so I thought I would mention it in case someone might be interested.
The apartment is in Edificio Don Mauro. My guess for the size of these apartments is between 1,200 and 1,500 ft2. Don’t hold me to that. They have a reasonable sized kitchen, 3 bedrooms (largest is master, second is slightly smaller and the smallest is intended to be for a maid.
There are two bathrooms with showers (hot water via electric showerhead). There is a front and rear balcony. It also has a combined living room / dining room. Area for a washer and dryer.
