(Tranlation: "The dogs are barking, that means that we are moving".) Mr. Don Ray has been a magnificent ambassador for the Province of Chiriqui for many years. He is the eyes and ears of the province for those living within Panama and abroad. Through his photographs we take a peek at what is going on in the Province. His texts are thought provoking, specially his personal-touching poems. I was born in Bugaba and feel very proud reading Don's posts about my province. If we were to select an Ambassador, Mr. Ray would top the list. Keep on writing Mr. Ambassador; in my book you are the best!
