In the used book business if your grossing $400 a day your working your tail off buying and selling(you need to buy right which means knowledge of the subject) and with overhead costs and your time if you net 20% your doing very well. Yes $80 a day in Panama is a good wage but you will be working long hours to get that in my opinion(cheap help won't help here). Here's the catch "if you really love books" then your fine and it will work for you coz it's your passion if not it will be touch and go. Needless to say I had a book store once..
