The villa's owner tried to apprehend him and he beat him with a golf club. We subsequently disabled his motorbike which he had hidden at the rear of the property and informed the police who took it away. I do know after reading the US reports, I felt that it was worth posting. Had the information not come from the US Embassy, I would not have posted it. At first glance, the current allegations of wrong-doing by this individual appeared to me to be somewhat unsubstantiated. Then I realized that a tier two sex offender who is out of compliance with the reporting requirements of the state of Nevada has in not doing so doing committed a felony.
