You really have got to be a computer geek to put up with the lousy connection! Are you limited to ONLY one company? Can't you switch? I was limited to ONLY "AOL" at that time and really felt like taking a "Sledge Hammer" to my computer a couple of times! You talk about not only a BAD connection but also a BAD provider "AOL" they really suck! you remind me of “ME” back when I only had dial-up internet trying to make web-pages!
