American Center Store in David

There is a new store in down town David close to Parque Cervantes. It is the American Center. I stopped in and visited with Mike, the owner. He is here for a few of months from Ohio to get the store operational. I thought that was a smart move until he said he was going back to Ohio toward the end of January. That will be brutal to go from this weather to Ohio’s weather in January. Shoot, it is bad enough in Ohio right now.
The store had a little bit of everything. If you want to know if they have anything you are looking for, call Mike at 777-3842. Catch him before he heads back to the Ohio blizzards. Tell him you read about him on Chiriquí Chatter.
Thats what I like to hear about Americans doing business in Panama…great job Again! You should do an interview.
While Mike lives in the Ohio and I assume a US citizen, I think he is also a Panamanian. I don’t want to imply that Panama is a new experience to him.
