When life gives you lemons – make lemonade.

I am sure you have heard that old saying that when life hands gives you lemons, just make lemonade. That was the way I felt today when IDAAN had caused me another trip to pay the bill that they never can get right.
The other day when I was filming the parade, some one handed me a flyer for a new bakery. Well, it just happened to be located just down from IDAAN. There is nothing better to get rid of a little frustration than buying some kind of pastry. This is how I converted the IDAAN lemons into lemonade.

The first thing I spied was a Taylor Soft Serve ice cream machine. So while I was making up my mind which pastry or pastries to try, I had a cone. It was just as good as I remembered it. It cost 50 cents, which is expensive for an ice cream cone here. Normally I pay 25 cents. I guess it is more expensive because of the machine.
When I was through with the cone I had a cinnamon roll. Better than either the ice cream or pastry was talking to the two young women that were working there. They were fun. I told them I wanted a photo to put on the net and they asked how much it was going to cost. They were so much fun; I would have almost paid them.
Here are photos of the pastries I had to decide between.
