Never Right The First Time (Sometimes Not The Second)

I went down to IDAAN to pay my water bill today. The last time I went there the statement was showing two months due, but when I went to pay, they realized the previous months bill had been paid.
This month’s statement was also in error, but I figured it would be right in the system. Wrong! Today they wanted to see last month’s paid statement to bill me correctly. So it will require another trip tomorrow. This is one utility office that can actually make Cable and Wireless look efficient.
