I saw the local manager today and while she said she talked with Panama, I find it hard to believe. She said that photos could only be taken outside. Well, either she is ineffective or the management of ARROCHA is archaic in their business management skills.

A new Chinese restaurant has opened up in David. I had to go by AirBox Express today and it is right across the street. While I was there I walked over and took some photos.
