Hi Abe. Yes, I try to check in on you pretty often. I enjoy the photos you put up every day. A good study in nature.

Hi Don, I went to see Jimi's site and left him a comment. I like what he has done and it should be seen by more people. I guess you are both advertising the countryside to those who might want to move. I have been working on my website and my blog and I see you there almost every morning. There are many stories to read on my blog (I assume you know/knew this) but I will be adding more to the website -- some of those came out of the two books that were just published. Most of the tales are about my life experiences which most young people don't know what I am talking about. LOL. For your records, the blog is at http://oldmanlincoln.efx2.com. Take care, Don.

Jimi. Thanks for the comment. I like your site\'s approach. It is nice and clean and presents the material well. The dual language really adds a lot. My site is a little of the reflection of mind at a particular time. I am not sure the style is definable.

Ron, yes I am also a fan of the Apple. I had an Apple II. I think its serial number was around #4. Visicalc and Apple brought the PC into the real world and then IBM and Bill Gates capitalized on Apples success and went for the jugular.

IBM is not much of a player in the PC market any more and Apple is once again showing the innovation that is its strength. Of course, Apple did borrow the graphical interface and mouse from Xerox who was too stupid to use what they had developed.

Don, Thanks for the info both for Jimi's site and your usual David area info. Having been to David several times (and coming back in November) I appreciate the local info as it will be a help to us (myself and my wife of 30 years - Kim) when we finally buy a place in the Chriqui highlands. Also, as a Mac user for 20+ years, I really think you should try system 10.4. Yes Macs are more expensive up front, but when you factor in the lack of aggrevation of windoze - it's much cheaper in the long run. Maybe we can get together for lunch when we are there in November and I can give you a demo of a great operating system.

Hello!
Thank you Don for your nice post and comments. I am truly humbled.
I did spend all morning reading your posts and browsing fotos. This site has to be the best example of complete coverage of an area, in all of Panama. It is an inspiration to bloggers who are just starting out, such as myself.

I admire and thank you for your hard work and dedication you have put into this informative site and I look forward to reading more!

Again thank you y saludos,
Jimi

(P.S. i love busses too)
