Soil, More Soil and Lots of Toil

I noticed today that there was a large tractor dumping rich soil in Parque Cervantes. With the top soil they are putting in they will be able to grow anything they want. This is really going to be a pretty park. I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out in October.
