		<description>I am a Colorado Rockies fan, which has been pretty thankless for the last few years. They recently called up a relief pitcher, Manuel Corpas, who was born in Panama City (I like to see Panamanians do well in the bigs since I live here part time). Corpas, 23, was tied for the Texas League lead in saves with 19 this year. He had a microscopic 0.98 ERA and had fanned 35 against four walks in 36 2/3 innings. He was promoted from AA to AAA earlier this year and then was called up to the Rockies a couple of weeks ago. He has good potential that I would like to see him live up to.</description>
