David Hotel Residencial Cervantes
Jul 18th, 2006 by Don Ray

Someone had sent me an email related to the David Hotels saying that there was a new hotel across from Dollar 123. While I was out today, I stopped by to see it.
The hotel is Residencial Cervantes. (507) 777-1055, (507) 777-4268. Here is their website.
NOTE: Verify all rates prior to check in. The rates quoted below are a best effort by me to get rates.
The fellow at the reception desk said it had been open about 4 months. The prices are $21 for a single and $25 for a couple. It has an Internet terminal area next to the reception area.
Here are a couple of photos of the lobby and reception desk.

For other David hotels go here.

Thanks for the info. This one sounds like it is more in our price range. Do they have airconditioning, an essential in David evidently, and kitchenettes? Are their resturants nearby? Do they have longer term rates, for example by the week?
All hotels are going to have AC. I havent seen the rooms, but I don’t think they have kitchenettes. It is close to Parque Cervantes and there are plenty of places to eat.
The rates I show are what they quotes and I would think they don’t improve with the exception of a pensionado discount.
Hi , we`ve this hotel`s web site is http://www.hrcervantes.com in this web you can see Photos of the hotel and get information about us or you can contact us in our e-mail hrcervantes@cwpanama.net
Thanks for the comment. The room photos look very nice.
Do they have an elevator? We are looking for a hotel that is reasonably priced with an elevator. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I believe that the only two hotels with elevators are the Puerto del Sol and the Panama Rey.
Hi Don:
My husband is visiting David during carnaval week. I have tried to contact this hotel by e-mail three times and the don’t answer my request for information and reservations. Then I tried to call them, and the phone number has a recording saying that it’s not listed. So, maybe the have lost a potential customer.
La Chiricana.
The had commented and left their website address. I added it to th post. I notice in their wevsite they have a couple more email addresses.
