I'll keep those suggestions in mind. I have the saline solution and I'll start using it again.

Thanks for leaving a comment and the doctor's name. I'll check him out.

Please be careful. Post nasal drip may facilitate further problems, like asthma. Some professionals say allergy shots are not as effective in adults as it is in children, but there are evidences that this is changing. I can understand how you feel. There are lots of allergens around: mold, dust, fungi, etc. My advice is to identify them and follow an adequate treatment even if you have to make some adjustments. Anyone with allegry problems may visit Dr. Moisés Alvarez. Apart from being a pediatrician, he is an excellent allergist and immunologist. Don´t be surprised to see babies and adults among his clients... Hospital Chiriquí, 774-0128, Ext. 2235, Joanna secretary. Meanwhile, rinse your nose tid with warm saline solution. H.

I think it is worse at night because I am lying flat on my back and the sinus drainage has nowhere to go.

Thanks for your good wishes.

My mother used to say, if it`s a flu, it lasts two weeks with medicines and fourteen days without them.
But if it`s an allergy, what does make it worse at nights? It should solve.
Get over soon!

Thanks for the comment. Mine is worse at night too. I think it is affecting my sleep. Maybe I need to try some of the Tylenol Cold & Flu.

You are not the only one with Panama allergies. My wife drives me nuts with stuffy nose and cough, too, especially at night. Seems Tylenol cold & flu tablets is the only thing that helps dry it up. Take care of yourself.
