I can understand how you feel. There are lots of allergens around: mold, dust, fungi, etc. My advice is to identify them and follow an adequate treatment even if you have to make some adjustments. My wife drives me nuts with stuffy nose and cough, too, especially at night. Seems Tylenol cold & flu tablets is the only thing that helps dry it up. Take care of yourself.
