Feeling A Little Under The Weather

It has been about two weeks since I consistently felt well. Seems like one day, I think I am better and the next I am having sinus problems associated with a lot of coughing again. I am ready to be back to feeling well for more than one day in a row.

Luckily, I am not running any fever, so I think it really has to be just an allergy condition.

  1. You are not the only one with Panama allergies. My wife drives me nuts with stuffy nose and cough, too, especially at night. Seems Tylenol cold & flu tablets is the only thing that helps dry it up. Take care of yourself.

  2. Thanks for the comment. Mine is worse at night too. I think it is affecting my sleep. Maybe I need to try some of the Tylenol Cold & Flu.

  3. My mother used to say, if it`s a flu, it lasts two weeks with medicines and fourteen days without them.
But if it`s an allergy, what does make it worse at nights? It should solve.
    Get over soon!

  4. I think it is worse at night because I am lying flat on my back and the sinus drainage has nowhere to go.

    Thanks for your good wishes.

  6. I’ll keep those suggestions in mind. I have the saline solution and I’ll start using it again.
