Hey There Young Fella!
May 3rd, 2006 by Don Ray
Ninety years ago today, on a day that might not seem that important from an historical point of view, my uncle entered this world. However, for all the people whose lives he has touched, including my own, it is a very important day.
Happy birthday Uncle Horace. 90 years young today! My hero!!!

Happy birthday, Uncle Horace!!!!! Hopefully we’ll get to come for a visit sometime before your 100th! By the way, you look great!
Uncle Horace,
As I promised you today at lunch I will cook you 10 more Birthday Lunches and then I will be too old to do that again. Hope you enjoyed you fried chicken, biscuits& gravy and Coconut Cream Pie today. Happy 90th.
Glenda
Some people march to a different drummer and some people polka.
You have had 90 great years. Hope you have many more. Happy Birthday,
and remember to Polka.

Uncle Horace,
What a milestone! I feel blessed that Mike and I are included in your family. What wisdom and humor we have gleaned in your presence. Mike has truly enjoyed the many land and oil well tours that you have given him, especially in the purple willy. Hope we are both so lucky to have your good health and attitude when we are 90!

Uncle Horace never seems to age. He’s still as handsome as he was twenty years ago—-and still as sharp. What a guy!!!
Chaz says hi and happy 90th b-day.
What’s up Horace!!! Happy b-day from Dallas. We’ll be seeing you soon!!!!
From Todd and family!!!!
You seem no older today than you were 35 1/2 years ago when I first met you! You mean so very much to Ray and I; especially Ray since he was going to be yours if anything happened to Gladys when he entered this old world. May you have many more wonderful birthdays and wonderful health to go with it. You mean a lot to many people Uncle Horace.
Happy 90th!! Ray & Margarette
Happy Birthday!
This is Amy, Emmet Wilson’s daughter. I can remember going to the farm as a kid and riding Dolly. And going down to the basement to jump on an old bed, eating Aunt Juanita’s famous cinnamon rolls, too. Todd, Troy, Andy, Rick and all of us kids LOVED the farm!!
How lucky am I to be your daughter. Many good memories and lots more to make. Hope you have another wonderful year and you don’t kill Glenda and I when you find out about the surprise birthday party scheduled for the 13th of May. Hope you have a wonderful day and a great time with family and friends. Jan
