David AstroVision
Apr 20th, 2006 by Don Ray

AstroVision is the company I currently use for my cable television in David. I think with my jubilado discount plus taxes, I pay around $25.00 per month and I have the complete package.
Below is a list of the stations I receive. You can see that some are in Spanish and some are in English.
Update: Please note that the following image, belonging to Astrovision, reflects the channels as of the date of the post. For current channel information, please contact Astrovision’s office in David

Pienso que usted pensó escribir la compañía. Soy sólo un cliente.
La joven Vanesa Machuca recepcionista de esa empresa es una joven tosca y grosera no atiende para nada bien al publico pido sus colaboraciones al respecto
Otra vez. Pienso que usted pensó escribir la compañía. Soy sólo un cliente.
So what is the deal with Astrovision switching CNN to Europe braodcasting. I dont think Americans really want to see local news, weather conditions, soccer scores, soccer transitions, soccer, soccer, soccer of EUROPE. When they used to have the American broadcast. Do they realize Us news with CNN is 1 of the main reasons we subscribe to Astrovision.. They already has this stuff on Direct Tv. Since this is an english speaking channel, WHY? Might as well go with Direct right. Their office people dont seem to care, or is it me……
You have lost me Patrick. When did Astrovision switch CNN to Europe broadcasting. As far as I know I have only received international CNN since I have been in Panama. I don’t ever remember getting the US version of CNN. Personally, I prefer the International CNN and believe it gives me a more balanced view of what is going on in the world.
You always have the Fox News if you want strictly US news.
Don, if you had watched CNN US version you would see Wolf Blitzer, Lou Dobbs, etc on a daily basis. shows I find important to me here in Panama here in David. Probably different outside of here. Fox has been breaking up for weeks here. They switched about a week ago. As I dont speak Spanish very much and we dont get a shedule here my reasons to stay with Astro are shrinking. Also many movies are no longer being shown at all here in English, I dont know what is going on in Chiriqui but it doesnt make me smile. Pat
Hi Pat. While I don’t watch CNN all the time, I have watched Larry King, Wolf Blitzer and Lou Dobbs.
I use the Internet to read a large number of news publications in the US and around the world.
Nothing is perfect. Some things less so than others.
Still for my price of $25+ a month, I think Astrovision is a bargain.
quisiera saber , si este astro tv de chiriqui tiene un sitio en internet y si ban a transmitir los desfile patrio de este año ya que hace dos año lo hicieron–solo preguntaba para hacercelo saber alos chicos chiricanos que estan en el extrangero
