Cable Onda Internet In David

I just talked to my neighbor again and Cable Onda’s Internet service stinks. I had thought I would consider moving to Cable Onda from Cable & Wireless last month when they were offering a special, but decided to wait to see what kind of performance my neighbor would get.
Cable Onda did not install the service on schedule and I missed the promotion that they were offering. Now that I see how they are servicing their current customers I am glad that I waited. My neighbor has put in several service calls and nothing has been done. Cable Onda sent out service technicians once and they said they could only look and could not do anything since they didn’t work for Cable Onda but were outside contractors. They agreed that there was a problem and said my neighbor needed to go to the Feria de David and talk to someone there. I think I may go as well.
If Cable Onda doesn’t do something fast and if all their customers are seeing this quality of performance and service then Cable & Wireless and other Internet providers will have nothing to be worried about.
