Maybe it is worthwhile pointing out the obvious. I have links on the right side of this of this Blog to information related to Panama or the Chiriqui Province. I responded to a Yahoo question yesterday that the answer to the question being asked could be found in my link area. My reply did not appear, so several hours later I posted a second reply. It also didn’t appear. (As an update I see that it finally appeared about 18 hours later – guess Yahoo is running slow like me.)
If this is your first visit and you are here because you are interested in Panama, you might want to inspect the Link area. It contain Archives, Categories, Blogroll, Airlines Available in David, Panama Auto Dealers, Maps and Regional Information, Misc. Panama Links, English Panama News Sources, Links to Retiree Benefits for Panama, Panama Photo Sites, Panama Store Links, Panama Utilities, Weather and Seismic Links (yes, we do have earthquakes), Panama Webcams, and News in Spanish links.
If you know of links that fall into one of the categories that I don’t have, let me know and I will add it. Also if you find that some of the links are dead, please let me know that also. I run through the links every once in a while, but a dead link is easy to miss.

I’ve noticed that when I sign on, somtimes the links are at the top of the page, and other times they are at the bottom, below all the articles. When they appear at the bottom, someone new to the sight may not see them. I hope this helps.
Try to give me a specific case. I may have something that is causing IE to display funny. But, I am not sure I understand your comment.
