Lets see now. The ASUS BIOS Department doesn’t answer their phone. The ASUS BIOS Department doesn’t respond to email sent to the address they put on their recorded message. The URL on the recorded message to purchase new chips doesn’t work. Just how is one supposed to get any support from a company like this? I have decided that if the message of the sweet young thing whose voice is on the recording is accurate, and she is away from her desk filling BIOS orders, and has been filling them for many days straight, there must be an awful lot of bad ASUS motherboards out there. The only thing I wonder is how in the bloody hell did the owners of these ASUS motherboards notify the ASUS BIOS Department to send them a new BIOS chip.
