Three Firsts Today

This was really a beautiful day. It was the first day this week that the sun really shown. I awoke to the birds singing. I guess they knew it was going to be a great day. In the afternoon I was invited to attend a luncheon for my host’s daughter’s first communion. It was a big event for her and her family. It was also the first time I have gone to a first communion luncheon. Yep. That’s three first in one day.
