Internet Explorer Display Problems

I never realized what a temperamental beast IE was until I started working on this website. I think I have corrected the things that IE couldn’t handle. Now I am going to start looking at upgrading the style sheets to give Chiriqui Chatter a new look. In the mean time, if you have any problem with the display looking strange under IE or any other browser for that matter, please drop me a comment.
Oh yes, if you are using IE and things are still displaying strangely, reload that page to insure you are not looking at an old copy stored on your PC.
