Holy Guacamole – Batman!

Today was a really good day. I went to Boquete for the first time in several months. I have guests this holiday weekend and they wanted to take a drive to Boquete. Being very lucky, we arrived just in time to have lunch. We went to my favorite Taqueria (Antojitos Mexicanos).

To get there, assuming you are entering downtown Boquete, you make a left turn at the corner that has the Bistro on the left and Brunas Supermarket on the right. You are on a one-way street and at the end of the street, on the right, is Antojitos Mexicanos Taqueria.
I ordered my favorite dish, mole. This is one of the two items that brings me back every time.
One of my guests ordered Chicken Tostados. They were very good also.
I closed out my meal with the second item that brings me back, Sra. Maritriny’s Flan. I was lucky today, because the last two times I was there, the flan was already sold out.
I managed to convince Sra. Maritriny to pose for one photo, so you can see who is responsible for these good eats. Stop in some time and tell here Don Don sent you. She always calls me by that name. Smile Maritriny, you have the best eats in Boquete in my book.
